I. Peptide linkage : The - C.NH- bond forzicd by condensation reaction bctween amino,acids in proteins and polypeptides is called peptide linknge. it. Primary structure : The sequence in which amino -acids are linked with each other in polypeptide chain forms primary structure. Hi. Denaturation : The 'process in which secondary and teitiary structure of protein are destroyed but primary structure remains as the same is callcd denaturation of proteins. It is brought about by heating, frcczing. change in 'hatp H' ctc.
