The CG buse pair has three 'H' bonds and 'AT^*' base pair has two 'H' bonds. 'therefore CG',base pair is more stable than AT base pair. Since sample B has higher melting temperature, than sample 'A . therefore' Sample 'B' has higher 'CG' content as compared to sample 'A'.
