While antacids and antiallergic drugs interfere with the function of histamines, why do these not interfere with the function of each other?

This is because antacids and antiatlergic drugs work on different receptors. For example, histamine causesallegy and it also,causes acidity due to release of 'HCl' in stomach. The úse of antihistamines remgyes allerey while, antacids removes acidity because they work on different receptors.
