Find the answer to each of the problem below and then write it in words and as multiplication of numbers. i) Nine litres of milk is equally shared by four kids. How much does each get? ii) What if it were shared by three?

i) `(1)/(4)` of 8 litres is 2 ittres, `(1)/(4)` of the remaining one litre is `(1)/(4)` litre. Each kid gets `=2+(1)/(4)=2 (1)/(4)` litre
That is, `(1)/(4)` of 9 litre is. `2 (1)/(4)` litré Writing this as multiplication, `(1)/(4) xx 9=(1)/(4)` of `9=2 (1)/(4)`
ii) If nine litres.of milk is equally shared by three kids, each kid gets `=(1)/(3)` of 9 litres : 3 litre That is, `(1)/(3)` of `mathcal(g)` litres is. 3 .
