Is the sum of the angles of any polygon `1600^(circ)` ? How about 900 ?

Text Solution

The súm of the angles. of a polygon should be a multiple of `180^(circ) .` Here `1600^(circ)` is not a multiple of `180^(circ)`. Therefore, `1600^(circ)` cannot be the sum of the angles of any polygon. About 900 `^(circ)` ? `900=5 xx 180^(circ)` . 900 is a multiple of `180^(circ)`. Therefore, `900^(circ)` can be the sum of the angles of a polygon.
