Capacitors B and C are in paralle, then A is in series, `C_(eq)=(2xx(3+4))/(2+(3+4))=(14)/(9)muF`.
`Q=C_(eq)V=(14)/(9)(7-6)=(14)/(9)muC`.
Q will be divided between B and C. so change on B is `q=(3xx(14//9))/(3+4)=(2)/(3)muC`.
