We have, `240=2^(4)xx3xx5`
and, `4n+2=2(2n+1)=2xx` An odd natural number
Hence, number of divisors of the form 4n+2
= Number of ways of selecting one 2 out of four 2's and any number of 3's and 5's
`=1xx(1+1)xx(1+1)=4`.
