A rhombus shaped field has green grass for 18 cows to graze. If each side of the rhombus is 30 m and its longer diagonal is 48 m, how much area of grass field will each cow be getting?

Area of rhombus-shaped field `=2xx`area of one triangle as shown in the figure.
`=sqrt(54(54-48)(54-30)(54-30))`
`=2sqrt(54xx6xx24xx24)`
`=2xxsqrt(9xx6xx6xx6xx4xx6xx4)`
`=2xx3xx36xx4=864m^(2)`
Now, are of grass for 18 cows = `864 m^(2)`
Area of grass for 1 cow `=(864)/(18)m^(2)=48m^(2)`
