The sides of triangular side walls of a flyover which have been used for advertisement are 13 m, 14 m, 15 m.
`s=(13+14+15)/(2)=(42)/(2)=21m`
Area `=sqrt(21(21-13)(21-14)(21-15))`
`=sqrt(21xx8xx7xx6)`
`=sqrt(7xx3xx2xx2xx2xx7xx3xx2)`
`=7xx3xx2xx2=84 m^(2)`
It is given that the advertisement yield an earning of Rs. 2,000 per `m^(2)` a year.
`:.` Rent for 1 `m^(2)` for 1 year = Rs. 2000
So, rent of 1 `m^(2)` for 6 months or `(1)/(2)` year = `Rs. ((1)/(2)xx2000)=Rs. 1,000`
`:.` Rent for `84 m^(2)` for 6 months = Rs. `(1000xx84)=Rs. 84,000`.
