Find the 20th term of the AP whose 7th term is 24 less than the 11th term, first term being 12.

Here, a=12
Let the common difference of the A.P. be 'd'.
Given that, `a_(7)+24=a_(11)`
`rArr (a+6d)+24=(a+10d)`
`rArr 24=4d rArr d=6`
Now, `a_(20)=a+(20-1)d=12+19xx6=126`
`:. ` 20th term of the A.P. = 126.
