Volume of the iron cube `=(5.5)^(3) cm ^(3)`
Volume of the water raised =`(5.5)^(3)cm^(3)`
Let the water rise in the vessel be h cm.
Since level of water is reaiosed due to the iron cube
Volume of raised water = volume of iron cube
`pi((11)/(2))^(2)xxh=(5.5)^(3)`
`(22)/(7)xx(11)/(2)xx(11)/(2)xxh = (55)/(10)xx(55)/(10)xx(55)/(10)xx(2)/(11)xx(2)/(11)xx(7)/(22)=1.75 cm `
Hence rise in the height of the water = 1.75 cm
