Describe the steps involved in preparation of emporary silide to study paramecium undergogin binary fission .

1. Take a conical flask and collect the water in it from a pond having stagnant water and aquatic plants .
2. Add some wheat grains and aquatic plants to it .
3. Keep it for 3-4 days so that wheat grains and plants will decompose .
4. Early in the moring on fourth day , take a glass slide and put a drop of water over it .
