What are the causes of non-communicable diseases?

The major causes for the occurence of non-communicable diseases are
(i) Airborne germs These are spread through air to a healthy individuals . Common diseases which spread through airborne germs are measles , tuberculosis and chicken pox.
(ii) Direct/indirect contact With a person suffering from communicable diseases can cause the spread .
(iii) Food borne/ water borne . The disease can also be caused by sharing food or water with an infected person .
