A Voltage (ship) made from steel float in sea water but a small pin a steel sinks in sea water.

The voyage (ship) is designed (constructed) such that it displaces water more than its weight (mg). So buoyant force of sea water results more than the weight of the voyage (ship). Hence, the voyage (ship) made from steel can float in water.
But, the volume of a small pin is very less, so it cannot displace more water as compared to its weight. As a result, the buoyant force of water exerting on steel pin can be ignore as it is very small. Hence, the steel pin sinks.
