Sound produced by honeybees can be heard...

Sound produced by honeybees can be heard but sound produced by the oscillating pendulum cannot be heard

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Because, when honeybees are flying in air, the sound produced by their vibrating wings is audible sound. Hence, it can be heard but the frequency of sound produced in air due to oscillations of the pendulum is less than 20 Hz, which is Infrasonic sound, so it cannot be heard.
