Draw the graph of `f(x)= [sqrtx], x in [0, 16)`, where `[*]` denotes the greatest ineger function.

`f(x)= [sqrtx], x in [0, 16)`
`y=sqrtx` is a monotonically increasing function in `x in [0, 16)`.
So `f(x) = [sqrtx]` willl be discontinuous when `sqrtx` is an integer.
For `x in [0, 16), sqrtx in [0, 4)`.
So `[sqrtx]` is discontinuous when `sqrtx= 1, 2, 3 or x= 1, 4, 9`.
