`= cot^(-1) (-x) + (pi^(2))/(16 cot^(-1) (-x)) - pi`
`= (sqrt(cot^(-1) (-x)) - (pi)/(4sqrt(cot^(-1) (-x))))^(2) + (pi)/(2) - pi ge - (pi)/(2)`
