(iii) Central cell (iv) Egg cell
(v) Polar nuclei (vi) Antipodals
(b) Write the fate of egg cell and polar nuclei after fertilization.

(a)
(b)On fertilization, egg cell forms zygote which further develops into an embryo while polar nuclei after being fertilised develop into primary endosperm nucleus by the process of triple fusion. This then gives rise to a nutritive triploid endosperm tissue .
