What are the causes of non-communicable diseases?

The major causes for the occurrence of non-communicable diseases are
(i) Air-borne germs These are spread through air to a healthy individuals, Common diseases which spread through air-borne germs are measles, cuberculosis and chicken pox.
(ii) Direct indirect contact With a person suffering from communicable diseases can cause the spread.
(iii) Food borne/water borne The disease can also be caused by sharing food or water with infected person.
