Decomposition of diazonium fluoroborate yields aryl fluoride

The reaction is highly useful for the synthesis of fluoroarenes of aromatic hydrocarbons is very violent and cannot be easily controlled. Diazonium compound required in this reaction is obtained by the diazotisation of primary aromatic amine.
