Uses :
1. Wind energy is used for pumping out underground water, grinding of grains, such as wheat, grams, maize etc., by using the power generated by wind mills.

3. Energy generated by wind mill (wind energy) can be used for running a water pump, grinding grains and to generate electricity.
4. Sailing boats also use wind as the source of energy.
