Why do synthetic fabrics soak less or more water than the natural fabrics?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Synthetic fibres soak less water than natural fibres because they do not have any hollow space in the midst of single fibre. They take less time to dry because the water does not enter in the single fibre of that cloth.
