Coke

Explanation

CoKe: The residue that is left behind when coal is subjected to destructive distillation is called coke. It is black, porous substance and is an almost pure form of carbon. It burns without producing any smoke, and hence is considered a good fuel. Coke is also used in the production of some other fuels such as producer gas and water gas.
