When a string fixed between two ends is plucked, a wave propagates along the string and reflects at the other end. Find the distance of maximum and minimum displacement of the particle in a wave from its first end, given that the velocity of wave propagation is `330 ms^(-1)` and the frequency of vibration is 1320 Hz.

`V = 330 ms ^(-1) , n = 1320 Hz , V= n lamda `
` 330 = 1320 lamda `
` lamda = (330)/( 1320 ) : lamda , (1)/(4) = 0.25 m`
Distance of maximum diisplacement from one end
`= ( lamda )/(4) = (0.25 )/(4 ) = 0.0625 m = 6.25 cm`
Distance of minimum displacement from one end = 0
