Yes, aquarium is a man-made ecosystem (artificial). If an ecosystem possesses all physical and biological components, then it is said to be complete. Since, aquarium has biotic components (plants and fishes) and abiotic components (air and water) required for survival of fishes so, it is a complete ecosystem.
