Explanation

Kohlrausch.s law states that limiting equivalent conductivity of an electrolyte is the sum of the individual contributions of the cation and the anion of the electrolyte e.g.
`Lambda_(m)^(@) ( NaCl) = lambda_(Na^(+))^(@) + lambda_(Cl^(-))^(@)`
where `Lambda_(m)^(@)( NaCl)` is the equivalent conductivity of NaCl at infinite dilution and `lambda_(Na^(+))^(@)` and `lambda_(Cl^(-))^(@)` are limiting molar conductivity of sodium and chloride ions.
