Electric Flux Passing Through a Cube A charge q is placed at the centre of a cube of side l. What is the electric flux passing through each face of the cube ?

By Gauss. theorem total electric flux linked with a closed surface is given by
`phi=(q)/(epsilon_(0))`
where, q is the total charge enclosed by the closed surface
`:.` Total electric flux linked with cube, `phi=(q)/(epsilon_(0))`
As charge is at centre, therefore electric flux is symmetrically distributed through all 6 faces.
Flux linked with each face `(1)/(6)phi=(1)/(6)xx(q)/(epsilon_(0))=(q)/(6epsilon_(0))`
