`f(-x)=(cos(-x))/([-(2x)/(pi)]+(1)/(2))=(cosx)/(-1-[(2x)/(pi)]+(1)/(2))`(As x is not an integral multiple of `pi`)
`= -(cosx)/([(2x)/(pi)]+(1)/(2))= -f(x)`
Therefore, `f(x)` is an odd function.
