Graph of `y=2^(x)` is shown in the following figure.

Now to draw the graph of `y=2^|x|`, neglect the graph of `y=2^(x)" for "xlt0` and take the mirror image of the graph for `xgt0` in, y-axis as shown in the following figure.

Now to draw the graph of `y=2^|x|-3`, shift the graph of `y=2^(|x|),'3'` units downward vertically as shown in the following figure.

Now to draw the graph of `y=|2^(|x|)-3`, flip the part of the above graph which is below the x-axis over the x-axis as shown in the following figure.
