Find the equations of lines parallel to `3x-4y-5=0` at a unit distance from it.

The correct Answer is:
3x-4y-10=0 or 3x-4y=0

The equation of any line parallel to 3x-4y-5 = 0 is
`3x-4y+lambda =0 " " (1)`
Distance of (1) from 3x-4y-5=0 is 1 unit. Therefore,
`(|5+lambda|)/(5) = 1`
`i.e., lambda =-10 or 0`
Therefore, the required line is 3x-4y-10=0 or 3x-4y=0.
These are the equations of the required lines.
