The only possible set of sides can be 3, 3, 2 (as sum of any two side must be greater than the third one)
So, `Delta = sqrt(s(s -a) (s-b) (s-c))`
`= sqrt(4 xx 1 xx 1 xx 2) = 2sqrt2 cm^(2)`
