Now `f(X)=log_(1//2)(x^(2)-2x-3)`

`f(X)=(2x-2)/(log_(e)(1//2))(x^(2)-2x-3)`

or `(x-1)/(log_(e)(1//2)(x-3)(x+1))lt0`
