We have, `A=[{:(0,2),(3,-4):}] rArr k A =[{:(0,2k),(3k,4k):}]`
But ` k A =[{:(0,3a),(2b,24):}]`
`therefore" "[{:(0,2k),(3k,-4k):}]=[{:(0,3a),(2b,24):}]`
`rArr" "2k=3a,3k=2b,-4k=24`
`rArr" "k=-6,a=-4,b=-9`
Hence, `b-a-k=-9- (-4)-(-6)=-9+4+6=1`
