complete the paragraph: `square` energy and `square` done are the same thing as much as `square` energy and work doen are the same thing. Potential energy is a state of the system, a way of `square` energy as a virtue of its configuration or motion, while `square` done in most cases is a way of channelling this energy from one body to another.

Complete the paragraph. square is the measure of energy trasfer when a forece (F) moves and object through a square (d). So when square is done, energy has been transferred from one enrgy store to another, and so: energy transferred= square done. Energy transferred and work done are both meassured in square (J).

Complete the paragraph: in physics, square is the rate of doing work or, i.e., the amouth of energy trasferred or converted per unit time. In the international system of Units, the unit of power is the square , equal to one square per second. Power is a square quantity that requires both a change in the physical system and a specified tiem interval in which the change occurs. But more square is needed when the work is done in a shorter amount of time.

Show that energy stored in a charged condenser is directly proportional to square of its potential difference between the plates

Read the following paragraph and answer the questions: If heat is exchanged between a hot and cold object, the temperature of the cold object goes on increasing due to gain of energy and the temperature of the hot object goes on decreasing gue to loss of energy. The change in temperature continues till the temperatures of both the objects attain the same value. In this process, the cold object gains heat energy and the hot object loses haet energy. If the system of both the objects is isolated from the environment by keeping it inside a heat resistance box (meaning that the energy exchange takes place between the two objects only ), then no energy can flow from inside the box or come into the box. How will you state the principle briefly?

Question based on paragraph A class of students was taken on an excursion by the school to the banks of a river. They were explained that energy can be transferred from phytoplanktons to humans. This pattem of energy in the ecosystem could be explained as a ‘pyramid of energy’. The pyramid of energy consists of phytoplanktons at the bottom, followed by three successive trophic levels consisting of zooplanktons, fishes and humans respectively. There is a gradual crease of energy and number of organisms from the base to the apex of the pyramid. The passage of energy is referred to as ‘one way’ transport. Based on the above passage, answer the question If the aquatic ecosystem has 10,000 kcal concentrated by phytoplanktons, how much energy will be transferred to humans?

Show that R.M.S. velocity of a gas molecule is directly proportional to the square roof of its absolute temperature. Show that average kinetic energy per unit volume of the gas is 3/2 P

Select the appropriate options and complete the following paragraph : (heat, energy, decreasing, thermometer , increasing , potential, kinetic, atoms, thermal) Heat is a form of ………. Which flows from object at high temperature to the object at low temperature . Temperature of an object is measure of hotness and coldness of that object . it also is a measure of average .......... energy of atoms in the object . but the temperature cannot be measured accurately by just touching the object . hence , to measure temperature ........... is used . when a hot object is placed in contact with cold object , they exchange ............ . the average kinetic energy of atoms of cold objects goes on ........ . in this way , both the objects attain the same temperature when kept in contact .

The root mean square velocity of one mole of a monoatomic gas having molar mass M is U_("rms") . The relation between the average kinetic energy ( E ) of the U_("rms") is "_____________" .

A certain mass of an ideal gas undergoes a reversible isothermal compression. When compared with their initial state, its molecules will have the same (i) root mean square velocity (ii) mean momentum (iii) mean kinetic energy
