What is the major composition of seminal fluid ?

The secretion of accessory glands (a pair of seminal vesicles, a prostate gland, a pair of cowper.s or bulbourethral glands) of male reproductive system constitute seminal plasma or seminal fluid. Seminal plasma along with sperms is called as semen. Seminal plasma is an alkalane fluid which contains fructose, calcuim, certain enzymes, mucus, ascorbic acid, citrate and prostaglandins.
