Explain treatment of cancer.

Explanation

Different methods of cancer treatment include :-
1. Radiotherapy. Tumour cells are irradiated lethally, but taking care of surrounding normal cells.
2. Immunotherapy. Involves use of biological response modifiers like alpha interferons, which activate the immune system and help in destroying the tumour.
3. Chemotherapy. Certain drugs are used to kill the cancerous cells but majority of these drugs have side effects like hair loss, anaemia, etc.
4. Surgery. Tumour cells are surgically removed to reduce the load of cancerous `"cells"//"entire"` cancerous tissue.
