Immunity is a natural or acquired resistance of an individual to the development of pathological conditions even after getting infective dose of pathogen, toxin or allergen.
It is of 2 tyes-Innate and Acquired,
Different ways to develop Immunity
1. Don.t smoke.
2. Eat diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and low in saturated fat.
3. Maintain a healthy weight.
4. Regular exercise
5. Have a aqequate sound sleep.
6. Control your blood presure.
7. Take steps to avoid infection.
8. Get regular medical screening tests according to your age and risk category.
9. Avoid stress.
