4. Due to its adverse effect on vision, a drunken driver has a blurred and unsteady vision.
5. Alcohol increases reaction time of the driver and he is not able to react quickly to unexpected situations.
6. Alcohol also affects behaviour, making the drunken driver careless, rash, unsteady and accident prone.
