A Case study of organic farming. In Sonipat, a farmer Ramesh Chandra Dagar is? doing the bee keeping, dairy magagement, water harvesting, composting and agriculture as integrated systems. He has generated a self-sufficient, ecofriendly and sustainable venture. In his integrated system, cattle dung is used to create the manure. Whereas crop waste is being used to create compost, which is used as natural fertilizers or natural gas. He started a Haryana Kisan Welfare Club with current memberhip of 5000 farmers.
