What measures would you take to reduce noise pollution?

(a) Improvement in the machines, construction of sound barriers and absorbers should be done.
(b) The ear protective devices should be given to the persons working in the factories or their exposure time should be lowered.
(c) Legislation should be enforced by not permitting anybody to create noise in silent zones.
(d) Persons should be provided various materials such as wool or lead which absorb the sound energy.
(e) Use of ear plugs or muffs reduce the noise almost by 40-50 dB.
