Reductional division in angiosperm take splace at the time of formation of pollen grain and embryosac or female Gametophyte or megaspores. Microsporogenesis or formation of microspore ( that is pollen grains ) occurs inside the pollen sac from the sporogenous tissue, that is, microspore mother cell. Megaspores are formed from megaspore mother cell in side the megasporangium ( ovule ).
