Explain isoelectric point of `alpha`-amino acids.

The pH at which dipolar ion (zwitter ion) acts as a neutral ion is called isoelectrie point of amino acid. Positive and hegative charge is equal. It does not migrate to either electrode under electric field. For example, isoelectric point of glycine.
