On the basis of solubility of vitamins into futs or water, vitamins are classified into two types a5 given below :
i) Water soluble vitamins : The group of vitamin B and vitamin C are soluble in water.
ii) Fat soluble vitamins : Vitamins A, D, E and K are soluble in fats.
