Magnetic field in a moving coil galvanometer is radial i.e., magnetic lines of force are always parallel to the plane of coil of the galvanometer.
`therefore tau = NIAB cos theta = NIAB cos 0^(@) = NIAB`
Thus the torque will be maximum for all positions of the coil within the magnetic field.
