Can an electromagnetic wave be deflected y magnetic or electric field ?Explain your answer.

No. EM waves can not ne deflected by magnetic or electric . Electric and magnetic field can deflect only those waves which have charge particles. But em waves have no charge and hence can not be deflected by electric and magnetic field.
