If intenstiy of radiation incident on a photosensetative plate is doubled, how does the stoping potential change?

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

Stopping potential is independent of intensity of incident light and hence stopping potential remains same even on increasing the intensity of radiations incident on a metal surface.
