In this method, a cow is administered hormones with FSH like activity, to induce follicular maturation and super ovulation to produce 6-8 eggs per cycle.
Procedure.
(i) Cow is administered with FSH hormone.
(ii) Super Ovulation due to induced follicular maturation.
(iii) 6-8 eggs per cycle are derived.
(iv) Artificial insemination is done of eggs.
(v) Fertilized eggs at 8-32 stage are recovered.
(vi) Fertilized eggs are transferred to surrogate mother.
