Explain any two adaptations in mangroves to the conditions prevailing in sundarbans

Mangroves are marshy areas found in tropical deltas, saline ponds near sea shore. Plants growing in magroves are halphytes. These plants have penumatphores which have lenticels for gaseous exchange. They show vivipary i.e., seed germination while attached to plants e.g Rhizophora, Avicennia.
