How can you distinguish primary, secondary and teriary alcohols by Lucas Test?

Luca.s test is used to differentiate between primary, secondary and tertiary alcohol. Lucas reagent consists of equimolar mixture of conc. HCl and anhydrous ZnCly. If turbidity appears immediatley, alcohol is tertiary. If turbidity appears in about five minutes, the alcohol is secondary Primary alcohols donot react with Lucas reagent and no turbidity is formed.
