i) Small amount of enzyme is sufficient to complete the biological process.
ii) Enzymes are highly specific because every biological process requires a different enzyme.
iii) Enzymes are most active at optimum temperature `(25^@ - 40^@C)` and at optimum `pH (6-7.8)`.
